CNN caught red handed
Well, it happened again. Another network caught in the act of bias. This time it was CNN’s Susan Roesgen who did the honors at a Chicago tea party.
But what makes this story so scrumpdelicious is how it all went down. A couple of weeks ago, when tea parties were being held all around the country, CNN sent Roesgen to cover one being held in Chicago. It wouldn’t have been such a big deal if Roesgen hadn’t been caught on camera openly wearing her heart on her sleeve.
In this case, Roesgen showed she only has eyes for the spending policies of Barack Obama and his cosmonaut congress. She also felt it was a good idea to deliberately misrepresent party goers by only showing (I know you’re surprised) one side of the story. The unprofessional manner in which she conducts herself in the accompanying video proves what I’ve long known: If you want to cover a story in the most unbiased way possible, don’t send a reporter; send a journalist…if you can find one, that is. In the mainstream, they are extinct.
Anyway, we’re very lucky that Founding Bloggers was in the crowd that day with their video camera to capture Roesgen in her true form. You can view that video here. Roesgen’s banter, with not only the teabagger she was antagonizing, but also the lady who confronted her afterward is unbelievable. She asks a question of the teabagger and then interrupts to tell him he shouldn’t be worried about taxes because he’s eligible for a $400 child tax credit. Afterward, one brave lady confronts Roesgen and tells her it’s wrong for our government to spend our tax dollars in ways of which we don’t approve. Roesgen’s idiotic answer to that was to ask the lady what she thought of her elected officials passing President Obama’s agenda, then. As if to say, “since the bureaucrats passed this crap legislation, it’s what the people want.” And since it’s what the people want, that this somehow, magically transforms feces into something we should all value and cherish.
You can read more on this story from World Net Daily, which chronicles CNN’s attempt to block this story from you, the American people.
Since that story was run, Founding Bloggers has filed a counter notice against CNN for its attempt to block video footage you deserve to see. Please, get over there and help these guys any way you can. They’re fighting the good fight in standing up to the liberal monolith, CNN, and by extension, all the moonbat media outlets. You know…the ones who are only interested in one thing: shutting you and anyone else who opposes them up.

Chad, I know you are specifically pointing out media bias. However, the fact that liberal celebrities are not only allowed, but praised, for making statements like the following is just disgusting. Just imagine if a conservative celebrity was making this statement, but talking about (I apologize in advance, I don’t like the word) “niggers,” instead of “readnecks.” What reaction would there be? A hate-crime indictment, maybe?
“Liberal actress and political activist Janeane Garofalo, in all seriousness, said activists who attended tea parties are racists with dysfunctional brains in a recent prime-time television appearance.
“‘Let’s be very honest about what this is about. This is not about bashing Democrats. It’s not about taxes. They have no idea what the Boston Tea party was about. They don’t know their history at all. It’s about hating a black man in the White House,’ she said on MSNBC’s ‘The Countdown’ with Keith Olbermann Thursday evening. ‘This is racism straight up and is nothing but a bunch of teabagging rednecks. There is no way around that.’
“Olbermann did not once try to challenge her on those assertions.
“The actress went on to describe the brain size of typical ‘right-winger, Republican or conservative or your average white power activist.’
“‘Their synapses are misfiring. … It is a neurological problem we are dealing with,’ she said.
“The actress went on to bash the GOP on MSNBC Thursday because it had ‘crystallized into the white power movement’ as well as Fox News, which she said has captured the ‘Klan demo[graphic].’
“‘Who else is Fox talking to? Urban older white guys and their girlfriends who suffer from Stockholm Syndrome.’”

Great observations Ron. But what do you expect the media to do? They are scared to death that these tea parties will erupt into something much more significant, like a full fledged political movement with the power to dethrone their darling neoliberal messiah, Barack Obama. Naturally, they must over-reach in their attempt to minimize these protests. This all very laughable since they’re really only preaching to the choir, here. The only people who take stock in the Olbermans of the looney left are, well…looney left types. Real conservatives know better, and honestly, people who are willing to be sensible know better, which derives the same way…LOL. I wish the lady who got in Roesgen’s face would’ve posed a few pointed questions to her. Like say, for example, “Hey, suz. How do explain the fact that the media’s market share in television, internet, and printed media is slipping so far off the map, they’ve had to attach an extra piece of poster board to the bottom of the graph?” That way they can chart that plunge in ratings and newspaper sales all the way down to the floor. It’s a mixed blessing, you know. On one hand I’m outraged by the media’s double dealing, intellectual dishonesty, and (let’s face it) stupidity. On the other, I’m rather gleeful because I know the more they engage in these tactics, the more people they lose. And that loss is directly proportional to their market share, and thus their profits. They’re working themselves right out of a job and are too pig ignorant to realize it. To that celebratory end, I say, “GO MEDIA BIAS!” and “YEA TEAM!” I hope to God they don’t get wise and start doing their stories in a balanced fashion.
Liberals, in typical fashion, resorting to personal insults in lieu of dealing with the issues.
Denial and insults. That’s their m.o.
Yep. They’re so damned predictable, Jordan. But don’t take my word for it. Head over to Jim’s blog at bloggers base and read this. Okay, well…apparently, the link won’t work to BB. Not sure why though. You can also check for a post on JMalmberg’s profile entitled, Do You Remember This Guy?
You’ll have to dig into some of the threads, but it’s well worth your time to read a text book example of a liberwock in action. But in case you don’t have time, I’ll give you the readers digest version. Some nitwit who calls himself “dshoes” came on Jim’s blog and started spewing a bunch of liberal mythology. When I called him out on it, he first tried changing the subject. After I persisted in demanding he back up his assertions with factual information, he resorted to cussing me out every time I replied to him. He never produced the proof I requested.
I did follow most of the interaction on BB. In my online journey I have encountered a good number of people with the identical rules of engagement displayed by dshoes. After much stress, distress and exasperation I have concluded they are either too stupid to examine the facts or brainwashed beyond the point of no return.
In both instances I choose not to waste time engaging them or letting myself being reeled in specious argumentation.
Just in “ignorant” response, Jordan you are right on both counts …”too stupid” and/or “brainwashed beyond”…..
Also, in ignorant response……I often wonder why we spend so much time in endless debate over things beyond our control. So, the Libs are taking over …taking over what ? your world? I just read a poll that stated 76% of America claims Christianity as their faith. How can we be in the mess we are in if that poll is correct ?
Our reaction to these idiot Libtards is anger and a good lashing out………same as their political respondings to us.
Which of us is correct ? Conservatives or Libtards?
Never fails, we all sit around and bitch and blast the other guy instead of making an influence in their lives. Oh yeah, just another “ignorant” response from a guy who is just…well, me.
Dave, we “blast” the morons – that are doing their best to destroy the country – because somehow we want to bring our point across that what they support is wrong for the U.S.
Realistically, no one expects them to jump ship on our word. But, perhaps, somewhere down the road, they will reconsider the insanity of their beliefs.
How do you suggest we influence their lives over a computer?
As for the poll’s correctness. A good number of people’s identification with Christianity is more an intellectual professed belief than a real life-changing process.
I was there. Did that [myself].
Dave, you are fine being you.
Dave,
I prefer to think of what we are doing as not mere bitching, but rather a public service. We’re raising awareness with both information and comic relief, and that in and of itself is something substantive.
Dave, I wished I could have pulled that person over- alas, I just pulled alongside them and ignored them. In retrospect I should have honked and waved, smiling gleefully like they were my bestest pal. To rub in that their cutting around me did no good. But they probably wouldn’t even remember. Driving skills like that are probably how they normally roll.
Okay all you wonderful peoples, oh yeah, Jordan too..(juz kiddin, you’re my favorite) ………if Chad doesn’t get mad….
Just showing I am “ignorant” in this new world in the making. The Left is gonna’ steal the show and their ain’t a damn thing we can do about it except…..well, bitch !!! To fill you all in, you are “ignorant” also. That’s what I mean. They don’t care, nor have a clue. Me, personally, cannot comprehend a person so “that way” as to have no moral or logical thinking ability. Sad as it is, reminds me of my sister, a Christian woman and a school teacher,,,,,,,,,scares me to death.
Jordan, I AM!!!!!!! fine just being me.
Well, since I am just me, I pretty much despise political debate…..it’s fruitless and endless, accomplishes little except for one to vent. The Left won’t change any more than the Right or the Independent.
How to influence ? Good question. Can’t influence someone who refuses to listen. Chad knows how I told him before, when the mouth is running, the ears don’t work.
Chad, more comedy !!!!!!!!!!!!
Trog, drivers are like Libtards…….they refuse to listen, they want their way or else. I am willing to concede some, meet in the middle, but oooooooooooh no !!! Not them !!! My neighbor has a deer incident EVERY SINGLE YEAR !!! on my road. Why ? she drives 65 on a curvy country road, to top that off admits she has that “twilight” eye ordeal and is sorta like tunnel vision. SLOW THE &(^& DOWN>>>>>>>>>next time may be my grandkid you wipe out. I hate to say it, but some people just need to have a wake up call………a reality check…….but, who or what is there to provide it?
Chad: you sound like an info-mercial.
Jordan: That’s what’s scary and a reality check for all of us. Most “claim” but few have lived that life-changing experience where you wake up and say = hey, I see the Light.
Not to sound like a party-crasher, but, what if this is the “plan” ??? Just a thought.
Cheerio to all !!!
Dave, I don’t care for party-crashers. For that matter, I don’t care for “parties.”
Sometimes a “bit rough” around the edges, but with the best[est] of intentions. I think you are cool, too.
You, otoh, well you are another story.
Focusing on your last sentence [to wrap up all you said preceding] are you implying these events could be the catalyst that brings us to the end of this age? Ushering the Coming of Jesus, the true ONE?
Dave,
I’ll take that as a compliment, old boy. And now…I must be off. At least that’s what they keep telling me. But hell, I don’t care. Me, I like being off. It’s much easier than being on.
Sometimes, life can make one a “bit rough” around the edges. As for the “end of this age?”…….well, is that part of the plan? Suppose it depends on who you see things, is man in control of his own destiny or is God? Am I making predictions, nope, just saying……and in the realm of politics, this did not just “happen” overnight, nor are the “L’s” the only ones with blood on their hands.
Yes, Chad, off is good ! Keeps everyone guessing, too. Like Jordan, well she’ll never figure me out. What’s wrong with that? I like it that way.
Dave, sometimes, you make too much sense for me – being a woman..you know
Concur these events are not a shock to God, but, please, please don’t indulge the thought we are to hit the ground and be steamrolled. If NOTHING else we should pray for guidance.
Not figuring you out? You betcha! I am still working on figuring myself out.
I will say, you are a good sport, though. And I like that.
Yeah, Jordan, since you’re prob not a woman………but, doesn’t mean Dave’s really a man. Never know in this society.
We should be prepared for ANYTHING!!! to happen at ANY!!! time.
It’s no diff than being ready for a family crisis, health, death, job loss, major storm, or any other catastrophe. They happen every day, just because it doesn’t happen to you personally doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. If it happens to the world, then well…….in the same sense, be prepared…..emotionally and mentally. Physically, you can never really be ready but the mindset is the key to life’s failures and successes.
Prayer, well saw this church sign just this morning : (It says it all).
PRAYER :
AMERICA’S HOPE !
