There were some very strong prospects entered for the Insanely Evil Dictator of The Year Award this quarter. But after careful scrutiny, this quarter's decision ended in a tie between Hugo Chavez and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

Congratulations gentlemen! To the victors go the spoils…or you could just mutually annihilate one another in the tie breaker to end all tie breakers: the crude covered yellow cake eating contest.

    If GWB doesn’t stop putting all those signing statements on the laws he has signed so far and ignoring the U.S. Constitution, he may qualify for this award next time.
