Supreme court imposes its will on the people yet again
Says child rape not a capital offense
What kind of world are we living in? The kind where stupid questions must be asked and answered by those who can impose their will on the people of this great nation. This is in spite of the fact that those who wield this kind of power have no right whatsoever to impose their will upon the American people. Yet that is exactly what happened this week as once again the Supreme Court's evil, sick, and twisted left wing handed down another stupid ruling.
This time the neoliberals of the court took aim at children. They started with a question, as I stated in my preamble, an utterly inane question. A question which never should have been asked: "Can child rape be so vicious it warrants the death penalty?" According to five of the nine justices, the answer is an unequivocal, "NO." Said Justice Anthony Kennedy, "We cannot dismiss the years of long anguish that must be endured by the child victim of rape. It does not follow, though, that capital punishment is a proportionate remedy for the crime."
Apparently Kennedy is a recovering victim of child rape. How else would he know that the punishment doesn't fit the crime? And his ridiculous comment about not dismissing "the years of long anguish that must be endured by the child victim of rape" is disingenuous, since that is exactly what these profligate liberal scumbags did when they ruled in this manner. They showed the entire world that they think more of NAMBLA, et al than they do of children who are the victims of these miscreants. Sick, sick, sick.
Moreover, by defying states rights and thus the right of the people, these lefty judges denied states the right to adjudicate as they see fit in their own jurisdictions. This is another in the long litany of examples of judicial activism at its finest. More to come…

Lefties say, “that’s cruel and unusual punishment.” Really? No, REALLY!?!
Check this out, and tell me if this jack@$$’s tactics would be considered “cruel and unusual” to a victim of child rape. The victim is completely free from culpability, yet this guy’s method is considered “good” litigious practice. Maybe we should just execute the victim, because I believe that would be much less “cruel and unusual” than this garbage.
Isn’t your job as a defense attorney to vindicate your client? One may say, “if there is no mandatory sentence, I will be a fuzzy little kitten when cross-examining the victim…unless you “insist” on twenty years, and well at that point, kids suck, and it is my duty to ‘ruin’ the rest of their lives.” It’s simple, you either employ those tactics or you don’t. If you do, God have mercy on your soul.
Bottom line. You either care about innocent kids, or you don’t. Ten years? Twenty years? Twenty-five? Mind you, years spent with three square meals, climate control, a bed and yes, cable (because that is vital to human existence). “Well that seems like a ‘cruel and unusual punishment’ for raping an eight year-old,” declares James Fagan (Democrat).
When do you stop considering the welfare of the INNOCENT child, and start supporting the “rights” of the perpetrators? If you have to “think it over,” I’m sure you will be reunited with your “mistreated” predators in the next life.
Great article. What frightens me most is how many people in this country miss the point in regards to these debates about Supreme Court rulings. They get so caught up in whether or not they agree with the actual decision that they fail to understand that the Supreme Court does not really have the authority to make these decisions in the first place. You are absolutely right when you say that these types of rulings have “denied states the right to adjudicate as they see fit in their own jurisdictions.” There’s a reason why legislative bodies and judicial bodies occupy two separate branches of our government. Ever since “Marbury vs. Madison”, where the Supreme Court hijacked the authority of the legislative branch, they have been trampling on state’s rights and the rights of the people. Thank you for shining a light on this issue; I greatly enjoyed reading what you had to say.
Thanks for the props, Christie. It is sad, pathetic, and tragic that this kind of thing goes down every day courtesy of the silky libertines occupying the Supreme Court. What’s worse, is that you and I have absolutely no control in these matters. There isn’t a damn thing we can do about it. Our elected officials are supposed to reign the court in when they overstep their bounds. But that never happens. As a result, activist judges often think (because it’s true) that they have a blank check when it comes to these decisions. Precedent then becomes the law of the land, irrespective of what the people want. And we’re the ones paying their salaries. We also pay a huge cost in collateral damage for the despotic rule of these imbeciles. Where’s the accountability? Where’s the outrage? Ridiculous!
