U.N. proves that stupidity is par for the course with North Korea

After North Korean leader, Kim Jong Il announced that he would continue his nuclear weapons program, and showed as much by launching nuclear test missiles, the U.N. got together and decided to impose a tried and true strategy to…you know, get K.J.I. in line. With the connivance of the United States, they imposed sanctions on North Korea. And we all know how well sanctions have worked in the past on Looney Toons dictators, like say, for example, Saddam Hussein.

Over and over again, the U.N. imposed sanctions on Saddam for a period of ten years. Citing history, conservatives insisted that sanctions did little to sway the policies of dictators. Instead, they argued that many of the sanctions actually hurt the average Joe’s living in Iraq. You know, the very ones the accursed libs claim they care so much about.

Anyway, Hussein continued with his thuggery, intent on developing his WMD program at every level. With a decade of sanctions and empty threats under their belts, the spineless liberwocks at the U.N. kept on chanting, “We need to give diplomacy a chance.” A decade of blatant defiance did little to dampen their spirits. Doing the same thing and expecting a different result is just part of how the libs do business. In the end, it was only with brute force that we were able to get Saddam Hussein to comply with the U.N.

Fast-forward a decade and a half. A similar scenario is being played out again, this time with pinko commie Kim Jong Il. The latest drama unfolding in Asian waters between a Korean ship suspected of carrying illicit weapons and U.S. surveillance ships, underscores the functional insanity of both our administration and the U.N. The current U.N. resolution is another in the long litany of idiotic sanctions leveled at people they expect to act reasonably…’cause you know, that’s what commie dictators do. They act reasonably. They have the same set of values that liberals do: Peace, love and dope…er…uh, I mean hope. Seriously, though, liberals actually believe that nutbars like Kim Jong Il will be reasonable. That they can just impose their little arms embargo and he’ll fold like an accordion and stop acting like what he is: an insane, megalomaniac, communist dictator with psychedelic tendencies and a love of Ray-Bans.

One of the things which fired me up about this is that the AP called these sanctions “toughened.” Here’s an example of just how tough the U.N. sanctions are. Basically, North Korea is barred from shipping illicit arms to other countries- and to enforce that sanction, the U.S. and/or any other country that has knowledge of North Korea violating this resolution will board and search the Korean ships…with their consent. Yeah, you heard right. We’ll just sail right up to the ship in question and ask the captain if we can search it. In deference to our authority, the captain will comply. That is after all, what crazy/evil people do. Makes a lot of sense to me. I mean, why wouldn’t North Korea allow us to search their ships, especially if those ships are suspected of violating the U.N. resolution? Here’s how I see it going down.

U.N. Inspector: Excuse me, North Korean Ship’s Captain, but may we please inspect your ship, as we believe it may be carrying illicit weapons and thus violating our toughened arms embargo against your country?

N. Korean Ship’s Captain: No

U.N. Inspector: Uh…No???
N. Korean Ship’s Captain: No.

U.N. Inspector: Really? No???

N. Korean Ship’s Captain: You makayn fun-o-my bwoken Engwish. Did I stutter? The answer is NO! Now get the hell off of my ship you weak-assed liberal pansy!!!

U.N. Inspector: (turning to his fellow liberal pansy colleagues) I guess we just need more time to allow diplomacy to work. Ten years should be enough.

CNN caught red handed

Well, it happened again. Another network caught in the act of bias. This time it was CNN's Susan Roesgen who did the honors at a Chicago tea party.

But what makes this story so scrumpdelicious is how it all went down. A couple of weeks ago, when tea parties were being held all around the country, CNN sent Roesgen to cover one being held in Chicago. It wouldn't have been such a big deal if Roesgen hadn't been caught on camera openly wearing her heart on her sleeve.

In this case, Roesgen showed she only has eyes for the spending policies of Barack Obama and his cosmonaut congress.  She also felt it was a good idea to deliberately misrepresent party goers by only showing (I know you're surprised) one side of the story.  The unprofessional manner in which she conducts herself in the accompanying video proves what I've long known: If you want to cover a story in the most unbiased way possible, don't send a reporter; send a journalist…if you can find one, that is. In the mainstream, they are extinct.

Anyway, we're very lucky that Founding Bloggers was in the crowd that day with their video camera to capture Roesgen in her true form. You can view that video here. Roesgen's banter, with not only the teabagger she was antagonizing, but also the lady who confronted her afterward is unbelievable. She asks a question of the teabagger and then interrupts to tell him he shouldn't be worried about taxes because he's eligible for a $400 child tax credit. Afterward, one brave lady confronts Roesgen and tells her it's wrong for our government to spend our tax dollars in ways of which we don't approve. Roesgen's idiotic answer to that was to ask the lady what she thought of her elected officials passing President Obama's agenda, then.  As if to say, "since the bureaucrats passed this crap legislation, it's what the people want." And since it's what the people want, that this somehow, magically transforms feces into something we should all value and cherish.

You can read more on this story from World Net Daily, which chronicles CNN's attempt to block this story from you, the American people.

Since that story was run, Founding Bloggers has filed a counter notice against CNN for its attempt to block video footage you deserve to see. Please, get over there and help these guys any way you can. They're fighting the good fight in standing up to the liberal monolith, CNN, and by extension, all the moonbat media outlets. You know…the ones who are only interested in one thing: shutting you and anyone else who opposes them up.

Common sense prevails in Obama “hanging”

After seeing all the molehill climbing going on in the liberal blogs and liberal press over the past few months, it's nice to finally see common sense prevail regarding the fate of two men charged with "lynching" Obama.

Approximately 4 months ago, Joe Fischer and Hunter Bush got what appeared to be a rather crass idea. They decided to hang, the then presidential candidate, Barack Obama in effigy. I say it appeared to be a crass idea because it turns out they got their inspiration from a neolibtard out in Cali who did the same thing, only the effigy in question turned out to be vice presidential candidate, Sarah Palin.

Yes, I know you didn't hear anything about the Palin hanging. That's because mainstream media is so "fair and balanced." But Fischer and Bush's mock hanging of Obama was the shot heard 'round the world as far as the libs go. Secular fundies and afro-centrists came out of the woodwork to condemn the pair, because the statement Fischer and Bush were making was so "obviously" motivated by race…or was it?

As it turns out, the pair's behavior had nothing to do with race and everything to do with just how biased the Left is when it comes to those they consider their enemies. The double standard is unmistakable. You can say or do anything you want concerning conservatives. But you'd better move to the back of the bus when being critical of the Left or their idols. Actually, I'm being generous when I use the bus metaphor. The reality is neoliberals have something a little more permanent in mind. They'll gladly open the back door and throw your ass out in the street if you dare question, critique, or bash their sacred dogmas. Nothing like hitting the pavement after being thrown from a moving vehicle, right? In this case, Fischer and Bush found out the hard way. But then, they weren't just being critical of an idea, they were bashing the Left's Messiah.

That kind of hypocrisy goes unnoticed and unchecked in the mainstream. As an example, let's take a cursory examination of the Mapplethorpe exhibit. Among other things, this supposed art exhibit sported a photograph of one man urinating into the mouth of another. Lovers of decency were understandably outraged and moved to block the public exhibit. In response, liberals brought out the big guns. They couldn’t understand why anyone would want to censor such a "great" example of "fine art." However, when a couple of people decide to hang a mannequin from a tree, well, that's just going too far..unless, of course, the mannequin in question is Sarah Palin or George W. Bush, etc. Get the picture?

So it does my heart good to see that when Fischer and Bush were brought up on multiple charges before a grand jury of their peers today, they weren't indicted. Common sense prevailed.

Do these guys' actions deserve our disdain? Yes, probably. Should we have condemned their action as wrong? Absolutely. But their action to hang a dummy from a tree, while in poor taste, certainly didn't warrant bringing these guys up on charges. Nor any of the other myriad ways the functionally insane liberals can devise to waste our tax dollars while simultaneously attempting to squash any objections to liberal orthodoxy.
