Democrats working on plans to intimidate opposition of “Obama care”

Washington – As opposition to President Barack Obama's health care  plan (dubbed "Obama care" by grassroots opponents) heats up, Democrats are preparing a counter offensive of their own to silence any opposition to the plan.

Yesterday closed door meetings were held by the Obama administration in which supporters of the plan were told that if any legislators were criticized in TV ads, "the party and it's allies would respond with twice the force."

The administration's response comes in the wake of several highly publicized anti-Obama care demonstrations at townhall meetings across the country.

As a result, meeting organizers have been instructed to mobilize supporters for health care reform and organize the meetings more "carefully." Sources declined to elaborate as to all the details of just what  organizing "more carefully" means. But high profile sources are telling us that the meeting organizers are going to make it "very uncomfortable" for opponents of Obama's health care bill, should they demonstrate at future townhall meetings.

Apparently, the Gestapo tactics of the Obama administration aren't stopping there. According to one source who spoke with us on condition of anonymity, "…every Republican member of congress voting against the health care bill is being called on the carpet and the message for them is to get in line or federal funding for their state will be cut off."

Even the internet isn't a safe place to criticize the bill or it's supporters. Websites criticizing Obama's plan are being targeted by hackers. Additionally, the White House blog has a post up demanding the websites, blogs, names, and email addresses of anyone posting anything defamatory about Obama's health care plan.

THOR’S DAY RANT: I’ll Carp about Nobama Healthscare all I want!

thor11It seems that certain folks in the White House are upset that we all aren't falling hook, line and sinker for the Nobama Healthscare program.

First off, universal health care is a whale of a tale. It will never work.

Competition is what drives anyone to be better. During wartime , countries compete to see who can develop the best weapons. Companies compete for your dollars with the best products. Doctors compete to see who can provide the best health care, so you'll give all your clams to them, instead of their rivals.

What does government do? Well, ideally, government is supposed to get the most bang for your (tax) buck. They should be frugal shoppers, buying on a budget. Government shouldn't be trying to buy the bestest, but the cheapest. However, Government, instead, rewards their cronies with payoffs–rewards for actions already taken.

How then, is Government Run health care ever going to have any chance of providing the same quality as private health care? Have you ever seen a free clinic that is half as nice as a regular doctor's office or emergency care center?

No, the healthscare is going to be Nobama's Great White Whale. Which I guess makes Joe Biden, Queequeg, luring us in with promises of a health care net to catch us all. But like the sirens of Greek Mythology, all this singing is just going to cause us distress and death.

Nobama's plan simply is not all it is Kraken'd up to be.

I particularly like the red herring he throws out about children needing health care. Of course they do. Duh. But do you want to take your child to a free clinic or a private doctor? If you had the choice?

Kenya really believe anything Captain Ahab-ama says? Cause that sure hasn't seemed to work so swell lately. Nobama's lies up to this point have been inconvenient. People are unemployed, but they're alive. People have lost their homes, but they're alive.

A failed health care system won't inconvenience you; it will kill you or your loved ones.

Let's not bicker over the components of Ahaboma's system, like Roe v. Wade abortions being funded with your tax dollars whether you like it or not. Let's look at the basic premise here: that government can provide better health care than a private system.

And nothing proves the point that this won't work more than the White House effectively telling naysayers to "Hush, puppies"; requesting citizens report fishy "disinformation" about the healthscare. Carp

I guess we shouldn't be surprised. Voters could have elected a man who probably has spent more time fishing, than Nobama has in politics. Instead, they chose the guy who was effectively wet behind the ears. And who likes to keep on telling us whoppers.
